Orthognathic Surgery: This is performed by my partner, an experienced maxillofacial surgeon, in a hospital setting. The surgeon moves the jaws to a new, correct position that we planned together.

Post-Surgical Orthodontics: After a healing period, I begin the "fine-tuning." This final stage with braces is necessary to achieve perfect contacts between the teeth and takes several months.
